The contract duration is June 1, 2026 through October 31, 2027. The funding sources are the 1% Infrastructure Sales Tax, Water Replacement & Improvement Account (WRIA), Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) Funds, and Four Rivers Sanitation Authority (FRSA) Funds.
