Committee recommends approval and acceptance of the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Award in the amount of $25,000.00. The grant does require a 100% cost match. The grant term is from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. The grant award, if accepted, will be used to pay for street outreach, Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) data entry, and administration costs.
