Committee recommends approval of the Lease Agreement renewal with Comprehensive Community Solutions, Inc., of Rockford, Illinois for office spaces located at 917 South Main Street, Rockford, Illinois at a rate of $900.00 per month, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $10,800.00 for a 12-month lease term (October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027). The funding sources are the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) FY22 Strategies to Support Children Exposed to Violence Grant and City funding previously approved for the Community Healing Center. No City match is required.
