Certificate of Appropriateness – Francois Moret – 304 South Second Street – replace 8

windows with vinyl windows, replace existing aluminum window and door capping

matching materials, and replace front porch steps.

Cerrtificate of Appropriateness – Mike Wilhemi – 524 Kent Street – 1) the replacement

of existing wall signage on the on the south exterior wall of the Booker Washing Center

and on the west exterior wall of the Social Services Center, 2) new wall signage on the

west facing exterior wall of the Booker Washington Center, and 3) the replacement of the

existing monument sign near the intersection of S. Winnebago Avenue and Morgan

Street as shown on the submitted application.
