Alderman Frost called the meeting to order at 6:36 p.m.

COMMITTEE REPORTS
1.
Renewal of a Professional Services Contract with Zephyr Government
Strategies for $10,000.00 per month for the City of Rockford’s 2026
Lobbying Services. (LAID OVER JUNE 8, 2026)
Alderman Frost read in the committee report. Alderman Tuneberg moved to approve the
committee report, seconded by Alderman Frost.
The committee report was APPROVED BY COMMITTEE by the following vote:
Alderman Frost, Alderman Prunty, Alderman Meeks, Alderman
Salgado, and Tuneberg

Alderman Salgado moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Alderman Tuneberg. MOTION
PREVAILED with a unanimous voice vote. The meeting was adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
