Council/Committee Meetings: Call to Order, Invocation, Pledge of Allegiance, Public Speaking

CALL TO ORDER  
The Chair, Alderwoman Wilkins, called the meeting to order at 5:33 PM.

Chaplain Mark Miller gave the invocation. Alderwoman Wilkins led the Pledge of Allegiance

PUBLIC SPEAKING

Denzil Wynter spoke about the only woman to serve in the Buffalo Soldiers.  
Prophet Yusef quoted scripture and highlighted the of black officers in the Navy.

John Tac Brantley expressed his feelings on the lack of representation of the flag for  
Black History Month.

Steven McMaster spoke about compliance with the City's code and ordinances.  
IV. COMMITTEE REPORTS  
1. Approval of the Preliminary Conditional Set-Aside Letter, which  
would lead to a Rental Development Agreement with the owner of  
RockRiver I Apartments. The funding source is the HOME  
Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) and the Community  
Development Block Grant (CDBG).  
Alderwoman Hoffman made a motion to approve. Alderman Durkee seconded. After  
discussion, MOTION PREVAILED 5 to 0 by roll call vote.

Alderwoman Hoffman made a motion to adjourn. Alderman Durkee seconded. MOTION
